Pride Crew Sweater


In celebration of pride month, we are helping Pride Foundation Australia (PFA) reach their goal of $30,000 to support LGBTQIA+ refugees and asylum seekers.

We are so excited to have launched a logo jumper in pride colours by which 100% of profits from sales of this jumper will go towards reaching PFA's $30,000 goal.

LGBTQIA+ refugees and asylum seekers often experience great difficulty coming out in their religious and cultural communities. They are fearful of retaliation against their family in their country of origin and for their personal safety in their own communities in Australia. Convincing the Australian government of their sexuality/gender identity and why they need asylum is especially difficult.

All profits raised by All Fenix through this campaign will sustain and grow the financial support that provides the vital communities for this vulnerable group of people.

Although we hope you love all your items from us, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.


  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Items must be returned in original packaging
  4. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition

SALE / DISCOUNT (any item purchased on sale or bought with a discount code over 10%) : Store credit only. Discount or sale prices greater than 10% are not eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGE: We issue store credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.

How long until my return is processed? 

Our warehouse processes returns every Monday. As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalise your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, you will receive an automated email.

Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
Store Credits: Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalised.


Do i need to pay for return postage?

Yes. We do not cover the cost of return postage, taxes or insurance. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.


What is your exchange policy?

For any exchanges, we issue a store credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return(s).

Please note* store credits do not have an expiry.


Where do i return my item?

What do i do if my product is faulty?

We work hard to ensure all of our products are made to the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at with a description and images of your product fault.

We use FedEx ground shipping which usually takes 3 business days. If your order is delayed, please follow this up with FedEx directly.

Order are shipped within 24 business hours of payment being received. During sales periods or after public holidays, this may extend to 48 hours. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take an extra 2 business days.
