- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition
FULL PRICE: Refund and store credit available.
FULL PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE UP TO 10%: Refund and store credit available.
SALE / DISCOUNT (any item purchased on sale or bought with a discount code over 10%) : Store credit only. Discount or sale prices greater than 10% are not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGE: We issue store credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.

How long until my return is processed?
Our warehouse processes returns every Monday. As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalise your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, you will receive an automated email.
Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
Store Credits: Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalised.
Do i need to pay for return postage?
Yes. We do not cover the cost of return postage, taxes or insurance. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.
What is your exchange policy?
For any exchanges, we issue a store credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return(s).
Please note* store credits do not have an expiry.
Where do i return my item?
Once you’ve processed your return request online, we will send through instructions on where to send your item back to.

What do i do if my product is faulty?
We work hard to ensure all of our products are made to the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com with a description and images of your product fault.
